Farmland/ Meadow/Mellinger Lumber Logging
This area of the layout began as the location for a large oil refinery. That idea was changed later to a logging line, which would include a logging industry along the Reading Branch, as well as a connection between the Reading Branch and an old shay switchback spur. This area includes the wye junction where trains from the PRR mainline at Chickies can access the Reading Line.
