The Big City Passenger Yard

The Big City Passenger Yard is within the city limits. The yard serves all passenger cars on the railroad as well as the huge passenger station in Big City. The track is placed, and some switches will be remote as they can't be reached from the aisle. Several switches near the edge of the layout will be manual hand-thrown switches.

The Big City subway system which includes an elevated line and a line built in a cut is located near the passenger yard. At this time, the subway and el tracks are static (non-operable). The trains placed there will be for display only.
